Advanced Time Synchronizer can start time synchronization automatically at the moment when a dial-up connection is established. On the Scheduling tab in the Settings dialog, select the required time interval, after that select If computer is not connected at this time check box and select Wait Dial-up connected from the combo box and specify the number of seconds after the connection is established for Advanced Time Synchronizer to start automatic time synchronization. Press the OK button after that and Advanced Time Synchronizer will schedule each next automatic time synchronization according to the specified interval, but when the time of synchronization is due and no dial-up connection is established, Advanced Time Synchronizer will wait for a dial-up connection to be established and only after that it will start automatic time synchronization.
